Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return only if they meet the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- The product is returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice
- The item is not damaged by the customer
Products showing signs of use, stains, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items purchased during sale or clearance offers
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as “Non-Returnable”
Exchange Policy
We currently offer replacement/exchange only in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Size mismatch
- Manufacturing defect
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper images.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
